Seventh Nordic Workshop on System and Network Optimization for Wireless

The Nordic SNOW workshop enters its 7th edition in 2016. In the past it has rotated between Finland, Sweden, and Norway. This year, for the first time, the venue for hosting SNOW has moved to the Alps in the famous resort of CORTINA d'AMPEZZO. One of the reasons for this move is to be co-located with a "sister" workshop WONS (12th Wireless On-demand Network systems and Services Conference) which emphasizes the same topics as SNOW with a slight tilt towards the upper layers of wireless networking. The two workshops share the same philosophy and prefer to combine high-quality technical activity and content in the vibrant filed of wireless communications, with the relaxing atmosphere of ski resorts. The dates of the two workshops are this time back-to-back, so that it is possible for attendees to participate, if they wish, in both workshops. Although the two meetings are run separately, their natural affinity has led to this temporal and spatial collocation, hopefully for the benefit of all attendees.

Confirmed Keynote Speakers: Gerhard Kramer (Technische Universität München), Roberto Verdone (University of Bologna), David Gesbert (Eurecom)
