FINAL PAPER SUBMISSION

All camera ready copies must be uploaded in IEEE compatible PDF format. Authors should convert their files with IEEE PDF eXpress or using the link on the right.

Please make sure that you carefully follow the instructions on how to prepare IEEE Xplore compatible PDF-files and remember to reserve enough time for the conversion. Check also the result in order to ensure that all texts, figures, tables and equations appear as they should and that ALL fonts are embedded subsets (see “File” – “Document properties” – “Fonts” in Adobe Acrobat Reader).

The deadline for submitting the camera ready copy is 23 June 2006. If the camera ready copy has not been uploaded in IEEE Xplore compatible PDF-format by this deadline, the inclusion of the paper in the Proceedings CD-ROM cannot be guaranteed.

Uploading of a camera ready paper is enabled in the START system once the registration and payment for the accepted paper have been received. You will receive an e-mail indicating when you have access to the system after your registration confirmation.

Note that for each page exceeding the 5-page-limit a cost of 100 euros per page will incur.

New templates

• pimrc-authorinfo.pdf contains INFORMATION FOR THE PREPARATION OF THE FINAL PAPER AND ITS CONVERSION to IEEE compatible PDF-format
• pimrc.cls is the LaTeX class file
• fancyhdr.sty is the header/footer style file used in the LaTeX class file
• pimrc.doc is the MSWord template

For each accepted paper, a signed copyright form is needed.

Please mark your paper number clearly on the upper right hand corner of the first page. Check that you have marked correctly the names of the authors as well as the paper title.

If you cannot scan and upload the form in the START paper management system, please fax it to +358-8-5532845 (recipient PIMRC'06).

Student paper awards

Best student papers from the three regional areas of PIMRC - Europe, Asia Pacific and Americas - will be awarded at the conference. If you wish to participate in the contest, please confirm it when uploading your camera ready paper. The first author of a student paper must be an IEEE student member.

IEEE Xplore and indexing

After one full delegate registration fee has been paid for the accepted paper, the paper will be published in the conference Proceedings CD-ROM and IEEE Xplore.
