Information for Presenters

You need to register for NRS/FWCW´04 before submitting the camera ready copy of your paper.

Once your registration and payment have been received and verified, you will receive a password via e-mail that allows you to enter the submission site. For each paper, there must be a registered presenter - delegate or student. Only full registrations are accepted for presenters.

Please use the NRS/FWCW´04 paper template (Word or Latex) for submissions. Only camera ready papers in PDF format and with print quality resolution can be submitted via the submission site. The maximum paper length is five pages.

Note also that for each accepted paper, author(s) must send a signed copyright transfer form by 30 June 2004 to

Oral Presentations

Each oral presentation has been given a time slot of 20 minutes which means approximately 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The NRS/FWCW´04 lecture rooms are equipped with a data projector and a PC into which presentations can be uploaded (either on a floppy disk or a USB memory stick) prior to the beginning of the session.

Presentations should be either in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format. The use of one's own laptop is also possible but the compatibility with the data projector must be checked in advance during the break. Presenters can practice their presentations in advance in room SÄ105.

Presenters should arrive in the session room at latest 15 minutes before the start of the session in order to meet the session chair and to give him/her a short biography for the introduction of speakers.
