INFORMATION FOR PRESENTERS
Each oral presentation has been given a time slot of 20 minutes which means approximately 15 minutes for the presentation and 5 minutes for questions and discussion. The IWCT´05 lecture rooms are equipped with a data projector and a PC into which presentations can be uploaded (either on a floppy disk or a USB memory stick) prior to the beginning of the session.
Presentations should be either in Microsoft PowerPoint or Adobe PDF format. The use of one's own laptop is also possible but the compatibility with the data projector must be checked in advance during the break.
Presenters should arrive in the session room at latest 15 minutes before the start of the session in order to meet the session chair and to give him/her a short biography for the introduction of speakers.
If you need an invitation letter from the organisers in order to obtain a VISA, please e-mail a request to Ms. Sari Luukkonen sari.luukkonen@ee.oulu.fi. Please note that an invitation letter can only be sent to you once your registration payment has been received.
