The "Project Management" package (WP1) gathers all efforts regarding the coordination of the project, interaction with the European Commission services (including reporting).

The "End-users involvement" package (WP2) gathers all work related to the interaction with end-users. It is organised around a framework for gathering operational scenarios and requirements, as well as systematic methodology for harmonisation of needs at European level.

The "System architecture" package (WP3) consists in the definition of the communication system architecture, including the high-level protocols, the services, the interfaces to integrate heterogeneous networks, and the supporting waveform functional requirements.

The "SDR Standard and platforms" package (WP4) involves technical work on maturing the ESRA recommendations (shared with PASR-WintSEC project), implementing ESRA on three SDR platforms, and integrate the waveform components provided in the following work-package.

The "SDR waveform and related components development" package (WP5) consists in the embedded software development of the waveform specified in WP3, and of the related components. It approaches it through some joint architecture breakdown and collaborative implementation.

The "Integrated demonstrator setup" package (WP6) consists in the provision of a communication network conforming to the WP3 recommendations on system architecture, and integrating the several needed blocks, including Software Defined Radio platforms running the EULER waveform, and COTS networks.

The "Demonstration" work-package (WP7) consists purely in showcasing the EULER project technical achievements. This involves efforts to organise the demonstration, including logistics, the showcase of the EULER technologies on some relevant scenario. It also includes some more specific SDR portability exercise.

The "Dissemination" work-package (WP8) deals with the efforts to promote the project achievements outside the consortium, i.e in the community at large, and to setup and begin the implementation of a standardisation roadmap.
